Welcome to Pine Needle Beach House! Located in the quaint Highland Park subdivision on 30a in the Blue Mountain Beach area. This home is a short walk to the outstanding resort style heated community pool with water falls, ocean tower lookout, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor lounge area with big screen tv and grill space. Very short golf cart ride (1 mile) to the Blue Mountain Beach Access or the Gulfview Heights Beach Access.

The first floor features a master suite with large tile shower, double vanity, it's own washer/dryer and walk-in closet. The large gourmet kitchen has island with seating for 5 plus open dining area for 6 and living space to entertain your family and guests. Plenty of space for 8 guests between the 3 bedrooms. The second story has a queen guest bedroom leading into a jack-n-jill style bathroom with separate vanities and separate toliets with shared tiles tub/shower combo to share. The 3rd bedroom has bunks with a twin over a full and twin trundle for additional sleeping. In the hallway upstairs, you have an additional washer and dryer for all your clothing needs. We provide a 6 seater golf cart and 4 adult bikes for easy beach access and enjoying 30A. Come in from the sunny days by the pool or on the beach and take advantage of the outdoor shower and large front porch, perfect for taking in the gentle gulf breeze. Relax in the back yard on summer evenings under the garden lights.

Highland Park is a tranquil neighborhood along Highway 30A, surrounded by the State Forest with access to trails from the back of the neighborhood, within a one mile radius to 2 public beach accesses with restrooms, parking and lifeguards on duty during peak seasons. This area is the highest elevation point in South Walton County and right in the middle of local shops and eateries. A well paved bike path runs along the entire coastline of 30A providing quick and easy access to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Easy bike ride, walk or very short golf cart ride to Blue Mabel Restaurant, Cowgirl Kitchen, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar & Grill, The Perfect Pig, Basmati's Asian Cuisine, Red Fish Taco, Mimmo's, Grace Pizza, Blue Mountain Bakery, and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery (best ice cream on 30A).

The 2 closest beach accesses are by Goatfeathers on 30A and by the Blue Mountain Creamery (30A's best ice cream!) right off beach access road. Blue Mountain beach access is only 3/4 mile from the home and lifeguards on duty daily from 10am-6pm!

*More bikes available for rent at several different local bike rental places like La Dolca Vita or Big Daddy's Bike Rental.
*Board and card games along with books are located in the buffet under the living room tv.
*Corn hole boards and sacks are located in the foyer hall closet.
*Some beach chairs, toys and a beach umbrella are in the foyer hall closet.
(You will need to bring your own beach towels)
