There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for two, a dining nook for two, and a high-end wall-mounted Smart TV with a Sonos sound bar. This coastal cottage has recessed lighting and a modern, renovated full kitchen! It is also one of the larger guest cottages in town! The kitchen is situated off the living room with all-new top-of-the-line appliances, a full-size Wolf Oven, a Wolf Gas range, and a Wolf Over microwave combo. It features beautiful, custom-built kitchen cabinets, storage space, marble countertops, and a large stainless farmhouse sink! There is also a guest half bath on the first floor.

Make your way up a set of stairs to locate a king bedroom, featuring a flatscreen TV. This room is bathed in natural light from surrounding windows with rooftop and Seaside town views. Off the king bedroom is your own open-air Juliette balcony! What better place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach while sipping on your morning coffee or evening wine? This king bedroom also features its own full bath with a single vanity.

Feeling TipSea is the perfect beach escape for four! Need a little more room? You can rent the main home, 'Knotty by Nature and TipSea', for a large family escape, sleeping 12 total!

*Please be aware that there is a private plunge pool off the guest cottage that can be used by the main cottage, Knotty by Nature. Pool Access comes with the main home, Knotty by Nature only, not available for the guest cottage, Feeling TipSea.
