We had a great stay in this beautiful condo. Spacious for family and friends. Loved having the golf cart to ride to Seaside on. Pool was great too! Jeff was an Awesome host!

We loved the convenience to the beach and the golf cart was a huge win. We also loved they had everything you needed for the beach including toys. Would definitely come back again!

Property was very cozy and reasonably close to the beach and had everything we needed. Only hiccup was the golf cart (which really came in handy) but owner was easy to reach and took care of the issue quickly.

Top of the dune was a favorite stay for our family. Jeff made check in easy, offered local advice, and answered questions promptly. The golf cart was a huge savings and so handy around seaside. The community pool was a hit with our kids and was warm. Will stay again!

Highly recommend this property and host. The amenities are so thoughtful and make having a great time in 30A easy. I didn’t need to pack half of the items I brought as the condo is stocked with tons of beach accessories (cooler, chairs, towels, toys, umbrella, and wagon). The golf cart is a bonus!

This condo was perfect, we absolutely loved the golf cart that came with the rental. It supplied so much extra that most condos do not and that made traveling so much easier. The bathrooms offered plenty of towels and laundry pods to wash when you did run low. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The provided beach supplies and towels was GREAT to make packing light. It shows that the owners really care and go above and beyond for the renter.

Location is AMAZING! The beach is within walking distance or a short golf cart ride. There are 2 beach access points from the road, and one has a ramp for easy access while pulling the wagon. It was so helpful that the condo provided beach chairs, wagon and umbrella as we traveled in and were not able to bring them. Kitchen was well stocked, the place was clean and the pool was great to have also. My kids enjoyed riding around on the golf cart with us. Location is right between Seaside and The Big Chill, and near lots of shops and restaurants. Thanks for hosting us! We had a great visit!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have needed. Couldn’t have asked for more! The location was perfectly located along 30A, so we could get wherever we wanted to go in no time at all. Jeff was always very available and helpful.Would tag on another week if we could!

Great location and well equipped unit. Very quiet area, too and nice view of the pine trees. Love's having a golf cart so much easier to find parking in Seaside and added a fun element. Cumberland convenient store is close by for provisions as well as a public beach access. Beds are super soft. Enjoyed an impromptu have of Scrabble!

Condo was very spacious and comfortable. Bed were amazing! Great location. Golf Cart to go to beach was a huge bonus! Jeff was amazing throughout the whole booking process, during our stay and followed up with us after we left. Amazing host. Would highly recommend staying at any of his sites!

Jeff was a great host. He was very responsive and had maintenance come immediately for a very minor issue with the shower drain. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family! We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back!
