Welcome to "Sea Salt," This brand new, beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach home is only minutes from the gorgeous waters of the Emerald coast, and located in the desirable gated community of Cypress Dunes!



Each reservation of this property includes a credit to be used towards beach gear rentals and services at La Dolce Vita! This includes bike rentals, beach chairs, beach chair/umbrella set-up, paddle boards, kayaks, tours/experiences, and could even be used towards a beach bonfire for the entire family!



The amazing Cypress Dunes subdivision is located on the South Side of 30A, and boasts 2 community pools, one heated, and the other being a large infinity pool overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Cypress Dunes also has tennis courts, an exercise room, and outdoor fireplace, all available for your enjoyment while you're a guest in the home. There are also walking trails and boardwalks that meander through the neighborhood, and directly over the beautiful 200 year old Cypress ponds!! All this to enjoy, and you are only a mile from 30A's newest beach access! With brand new bathrooms, parking, and a ramp down to the sand, you are sure to enjoy all the new access has to offer!



The home itself, is a beautiful new home, boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a large bunk room! On the first floor of the home you will find the bunk room with 2 sets of twin over twin bunkbeds. This bunk room has a jack and jill bathroom connecting it to the guest bedroom with a full bed. Also on this first level of the home you will find a guest suite, complete with a queen bed, and access to a private patio backing up to the private nature preserve area.



As you move up the steps to the 2nd level of the home, the first thing you will notice is the spacious open concept living area drenched in natural light. There is seating enough for everyone in your group on the homes main living area, with 2 couches, a farm style dining table, and additional seating for 4 at the kitchens beautiful island! The kitchen itself, is well appointed, with stainless appliance, granite countertops, and is completely open into the family room area so you can enjoy time with everyone in your group even during meal preparations. Off the spacious family room is a large balcony overlooking the communities beautiful nature preserve. Enjoy the nature preserves quiet mornings, or tranquility of a peaceful evening on the homes spacious screened in balcony.



Moving from the main living area of the home up to the 3rd level, you will find a impressive sized master suite, with king bed, private bathroom, and the rooms own private balcony boasting gulf views!! No better place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or evening night cap then this peaceful private master balcony. Completing the 3rd level of the home is a second a small second living area, so everyone in the home has space to spread out when needed!
