Modern Old Florida Style Cottage walking distance to the beach with all the bells and whistles for a great escape. Deeded beach access , optional golf cart, paddle boards, and electric bikes can be available for you stay for an additional fee. There is also a Saltwater spa for relaxing after your day at the beach. Note :
There is a separate guest/carriage house on the front of property. It is not rented and is used part time by the owners.

Note: We have 5 dedicated beach accesses.

The space has the feel of an old florida beach house with all new amenities. There is a guest house that can be added for additional guest.



Guest will access entire house except for owners closet.

We are easy to reach for any of your needs by phone or text. I have been a host for over 12 years on properties in California and Colorado. The property has a guest cottage completely separtate that we as owners use exclusively(no rentals) as a bounce pad as we are empty nesters and travel bit.

Bike, golf cart, car, walking distance to beach. Room for 2 cars. We have a 6 seater golf cart for addition fee, also bikes. Complimentary beach cruisers are included.

The yard is completely fenced. Beautiful landscaping.

There is currently a house under construction next door.

Pets must be pre-approved.
The 5% resort fee is TOT taxes that I am required to collect and remit to Walton County.
