Luxurious WaterColor House Minutes From Seaside and the Beach!

Intricately and intentionally designed by Stock and Trade and located right next to the Tennis Center and less than a minute from Seaside, this luxurious WaterColor cottage has every need taken care of for your future vacation at the Beach!

Owned and managed by long-term WaterColor renters, your stress will wipe away once you enter. Perfectly situated right next to Seaside and backing up to a nature preserve, this cottage is just a short walk to the Beach, Camp WaterColor and all of the nature trails of WaterColor.

With a brand new EZ-GO Lithium Golf Cart, a new whole home dehumidification system and 4-bikes at the house, there is no need to even drive! After you have enjoyed the incredible amenities of WaterColor, fall into the incredible brand-new Four Seasons bedding in each room and enjoy the latest shows and movies on the brand-new TV's (with Netflix, YouTube TV, etc) with fast wireless internet. All of our bedding (duvets, shams, pillowcases, and sheets) are professionally laundered and pressed between every stay to confirm clean bedding for every stay.

Everything was amazing! Our host was super quick to answer any questions. The house was super clean, bikes were perfect and everything was up to our high standards. :). Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and location to anyone.

Absolute BEST location, especially for families. Enjoy the amenities of WaterColor while being just a short walk/ride to the excitement of Seaside. Home was beautiful and clean, and much more spacious than anticipated. Beds very comfy, and the back porch was the perfect early morning hangout spot for littles that don’t like sleeping on vacation. We previously stayed in Rosemary Beach which was beautiful, but this area is sooo family friendly and a much more relaxed vibe. We will be back

We had a wonderful stay in Watercolor! The house is in a perfect location. Easily walkable to Seaside which is a huge plus! We enjoyed our early mornings drinking coffee and tea on the screen porch. The only downside is the upstairs ceiling fan doesn’t turn on and one of the downstairs ceiling fans rotates very slowly, so it did make for some warm nights while sleeping.

We loved this property! The location was perfect — an easy walk to downtown Seaside and just a short golf cart ride to Camp WaterColor or the WaterColor Beach Club. The home was exactly as described, beautifully kept, and the beds were absolutely incredible. Our family had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent property

Very clean good layout so kids could be upstairs and adults down. Provided golf cart, bikes and not advertised but available were are a few beach chairs and umbrellas on the side of the house. Be prepared to pay to park golf cart or car at the beach or pools. Bikes can be parked anywhere for free and then locked. Convenient shopping. Chairs at a premium at the pools but there was plenty of room on the beach and chairs and umbrella set ups can be rented. No need to reserve them ahead, just go to beach rental place. Smart TVs in every room. Bring your streaming passwords. WiFi plenty fast. Great walking, running, and biking paths.

Simply perfect!

Our stay was top notch in every way. From the first interaction with Nathan, the owner, to our departure … it was a wonderful experience! The home is beautiful, modern, yet very cozy and sparkling clean. The bedding is incredibly comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. You simply cannot beat the location…a short walk to Seaside and Watercolor . But if walking isn’t your thing, no worries because the 6 seater golf cart ( it’s actually what they term a Low Speed Vehicle so even nicer!) is right outside the front door making quick trips on 30A fun and very easy. Plus, this lovely home provides access to all the Watercolor amenities including the fabulous Camp Watercolor ( a huge hit with kids) and Watercolor Beach Club as well the actual beach. This is our first time to stay in a 30A home not directly on the beach and I have to say, it’s now our new favorite! Nathan is an incredible host, his communication was precise, prompt, very friendly and helpful. Thanks again, Nathan… we will be back!

We’ve vacationed in WaterColor several times, but this stay was by far our favorite! The location was perfect—centrally located with easy access to the beach, pools, and Seaside. The beds were incredibly comfortable—so much so that I actually missed them when we got home, which has never happened after a vacation! We also loved relaxing on the screened-in porch in the evenings—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun. And having the golf cart made getting around a breeze. Every detail of this home made our stay relaxing and memorable!

We loved staying at this house! It was very clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. The teenagers loved the close proximity to Seaside and WaterColor Beach Club! We also loved that it came with bikes and a golf cart! We will definitely choose this property again!

We had a wonderful stay! We had 3 generations stay in the house from 20-80 years old for a week and everyone had their own space and plenty of room. Check-in was easy! The beach club and walking to Seaside were our favorite things to do, along with bike rides. The golf cart made getting around so easy as well. We had a fabulous stay and we hope to be back soon! Perfect vacation!

Very comfortable

Great location within the community. Beds were very comfortable. Golf cart was great for getting around. With parking spaces hard to come by it was easy in & out everywhere we went. We would stay here again.

Don’t wait, book it

Truly an unforgettable vacation! The house was amazing and exactly had advertised. The location of the house within Watercolor is perfect. You can walk right into downtown Seaside or to any of the pools. It was truly a luxury vacation we will be booking again!

Paradise for our family

We love this property and our time at Watercolor so much. This is our second stay with Nathan and we had the best time. Beds are insanely comfortable and location is perfectly situated in center of all that Watercolor has to offer. Love the golf cart inclusion too! SO FUN.

Awesome House! Close to everything!

We stayed in Nathan's home and it was beautiful! Every thing described was accurate. There was great communication with him through out, even gave us a late check out which was appreciated. Bedrooms are set up nicely where everyone gets their own space. The screened in porch was awesome for breakfast and for watching march madness games. The house is beautifully decorated. the beds were very comfortable. Everything in watercolor and seaside were all a bike ride or golf cart ride away. The watercolor amenities were equally amazing. everyone was so nice and helpful. Only thing I'd mention is that the golf cart needs a service alignment. I would definitely stay at this home again when we return!!

Perfect!

We could not have picked a more perfect home for our spring break trip with teens. The location was great for walking, riding bikes or getting around by golf cart. Don’t want to stress over parking at Seaside, don’t! It’s walkable from this location. Camp watercolor? Walkable. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

Beautiful home, close to everything

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay at this Watercolor home. It was close to everything we wanted to visit. The back screened in porch was our favorite hangout and the golf cart and bikes were so great to have! Our only complaint would be there was not much for extras in the house as far as kitchen basics, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. But overall a great experience!
