"h2o365" is a recently constructed luxury home that is perfect for one or more families to make lasting memories. Featuring 6 bedrooms, 7½ bathrooms, and accommodations for 20, this home has everything need for the ultimate beach vacation!

On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms each with a king bed. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and marble vanity. Enjoy the private outdoor space on this floor by relaxing on the covered patio in one of the chaise lounges, or splash around in the sparkling pool. You also have access to a full size bathroom with a shower from the patio pool deck.

Taking a stroll up the stairs is where guests will find the kitchen, dining area and living area. Enjoy time in the gorgeous chef’s kitchen, which features marble countertops, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, spacious bright white cabinetry, an adjacent wet bar and is equipped with everything needed to cook a 5 star meal. The dining room provides a beautiful space for guests to share meals, and additional bar seating is available at the kitchen island.

The third floor of the home has three bedrooms. The master suite offers a king bed and en suite bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and two marble vanities. Walk through the french doors leading onto the private balcony for breath of fresh salt air. The second bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom on this floor has two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

Finally, climb the spiral staircase for ultimate kids/adults space. This room offers two twin-over-twin bunk beds and one queen-over-queen bunk bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and a kitchenette nook featuring marble countertops, a sink, microwave, mini refrigerator, and great cabinet/drawer space. Large flat-screen television and gaming space with ping pong table will provide hours of entertainment for kids and adults, alike. Step outside on the private balcony to enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A starter pack of amenities is provided in each condo: 1 roll of toilet paper and small starter soaps per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, starter set of laundry and dishwasher detergent, and 1-2 garbage bags per trash receptacle. For sanitary reasons, in-tub bathmats are not provided.
