Welcome to “Emerald Daze” in Gulf Place at the West End of the prestigious 30A area. A quick and flat 4 minute walk from the front door to  the sugar white sand beaches. The Gulf Place community features 3 private beach accesses, access to private and public beach, a $100 beach chair rental credit, 1 tennis court, 4 pickleball courts, free bikes, 3 private (seasonally heated) pools and endless shopping, entertainment and dining!  As you walk through the front door of Emerald Daze, you are greeted by a spacious kitchen/dining and living room. The marble counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and well equipped kitchen make this state of the art kitchen easy to entertain your family and friends. This 3 year old designer condo offers microwave, standard and Keurig coffeemakers, dishwasher, toaster, blender and more! The kitchen island is well suited for six guests and is perfect for eating a meal or hosting a game night! The living room is spacious and airy and opens to a cozy shaded balcony. There are 3 smart TV’s and on-site designated covered garage parking space for 1 vehicle and plenty of parking for additional vehicles. The large windows offer an abundance of natural light. The balcony offers all day shade that is perfect for visiting with family and friends.



Emerald Daze offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The Master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed and private en suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms include a King guest bedroom and a bunk room with a twin bed bunk, both sharing a  bathroom.

Gulf Place, just opposite Ed Walline beach access and located just steps from the famous sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of Florida’s Emerald Coast, is a 25-acre community located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach at the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to offer a one stop vacation destination with beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, a nature walking trail, turtle pond, large green space, tennis, pickleball, pools and more. Take the bikes and explore Topsail preserve state park and beach.



Gulf Place offers amenities for all including coffee shops, ice cream/candy shops, wine and spirits store, boutiques, gift shops, restaurants, banking, yoga studio, chiropractic, massage, hair and nail salons and more!  There are casual to upscale dining options steps from the condo: Renaissance French restaurant,, The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Shelby’s Beach Bar & Grill, Cava & Cakes, Pizza by the sea, The Vue on 30A, Growler Garage, South of Philly and more.
