The space
Welcome to 'Gulf Serenity!'
Step into luxury at this brand-new, absolutely stunning beach home, complete with top-of-the-line finishes and LOADED with all the amenities you need and more!
As you walk through one of the three sets of beautiful French doors, the first thing you'll notice is the secondary living room, offering a bright and airy space to unwind. From there, you'll find the game room complete with a ping pong table, shuffleboard, dry bar, TV, additional sofa, and a table that could be used either for dining or for playing board games together! There is also a convenient laundry room on this floor, as well as a Bunk Room with two sets of Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunks, with an adjacent full bathroom with dual vanities and a glass shower!
From the game room, step out onto the back patio, where the private pool and hot tub are located! There are two built-in sun loungers in the water, and the hot tub is shaded! On the patio, you'll find an additional 4 sun loungers, cozy sitting area, and a HUGE outdoor dining table- sits 12! There is also a built-in outdoor kitchen!
Going up to the second floor, you'll find a second laundry room with two washer/dryer sets, plus 6 additional bedrooms! The first of these bedrooms is the luxurious Master, featuring a King bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. All of the other bedrooms on this floor, except one, also have King beds and en-suite bathrooms. Two of these King rooms also have balcony access. The last bedroom on this floor is another Bunk Room with two sets of Twin XL-over-Twin XL bunks, and an adjacent full bathroom with glass shower.
The third floor is the star of the show, featuring the chef's kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, dining room, and living room with a HUGE couch and two sets of French doors that lead you out onto the balcony with a nice outdoor dining table! Also on the third floor, is the second Master bedroom with a King bed, access to two different balconies, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large glass shower, and separate soaking tub.
Traveling all the way up to the fourth floor, there is a landing with a small sitting area, which then opens up to the rooftop terrace with the most amazing Gulf Views!!
Room for one car in addition to the LSV/golf cart in the garage, and can fit about 4-6 more cars in the driveway!
Plus, you're just a short walk to the beach and other local favorites!

Guest access
Walk to Blue Mountain Beach and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)!
Other things to note
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or Stinky's to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Please note that the outdoor fireplace is not for guests' use.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
