Emerald Hill 22 - Seagrove Beach

Velkommen til nyligt ombygget kløft-side 2 soveværelser, 2. 5 bad ejerlejlighed 8 sovepladser og er beliggende i hjertet af Seagrove Beach kun få skridt til den private strand langs 30A. | | Stueetagen med privat indgang til garagen fører ovenpå til det fuldt udstyrede køkken, stue, spiseplads, 1/2 bad og vaskerum (fuld størrelse w / d) med udsigt over den tropiske stil pool. Soveværelserne på 3. sal har et spa-inspireret mesterbad med et stort regnbrushoved, masserende jet-spray og dobbelt håndvask. Den primære master suite er møbleret med en ny king size madras komplet med skrivebord, tv og en privat balkon med havudsigt. Det sekundære soveværelse er vært for en ny queensize-seng samt separate nye køjer, et garderobeskab, TV / DVD og privat bad. Et ekstra dobbeltområdet køjeseng afslutter de tilgængelige sovepladser, alle med tilpasset sengetøj. Strandinspireret indretning er synlig overalt på ejendommen. Reviewer Comments: Our experience started by getting kicked out of EH6 and moved to EH22. EH22 was dirty, beds were old and lumpy, furniture was old and dirty. Cleaning crew you use does a poor job. My impression is Benchmark management doesn't care. After staying at EH for 30+ years, probably will not stay there again. Definitely won't use Benchmark again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love renting at Emerald Hill, garage is a plus for chairs , bikes etc. great location. Few steps to the beach . Pool view from balcony. This specific unit was in good shape and very clean. Suggestions for this unit would be ungraded living room furniture. Couch and swivel chairs were “tired” . Couch was a great size. Also could use plug replacements. Hard to keep stuff plugged in. The stairs to bedroom were also steep and have an extra piece of wood to protect front of steps which made it difficult to walk on. Would select another unit next time if available but do love Emerald Hill . Have stayed in 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom . All are nice .

Last year I mentioned that the living room furniture was TIRED. This year it was the same furniture, but it had a sour SMELL while sitting on it. They had removed the balcony furniture outside this year on the main level. That was disappointing. This year the property workers asked my family of 6 MULTIPLE times a day what unit we were in. At the pool they wanted to see a paper or a picture of paper showing proof. Never had this before. If wanting to implement stricter policies on guests' proof, give every guest waterproof bracelets to wear all week. Felt very harassing to be asked all the time. We also missed receiving the bike rental vouchers this year.The house seemed less fresh & not as deeply cleaned as years past. Love the location! Love Seagrove Beach & 30A! I guess I would recommend to a friend, but for the price it needs some spiffing up & the management needs to find a better system for making sure guests are supposed to be there.

Loved it

The condo was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of places for kids to sleep. The convenience of how close the beach was unbeatable (especially with children and all their beach stuff). The sand and water are absolutely stunning. We’ll be coming back.

Reviewer Comments: Highly anticipated this trip and the home; great location and very convenient. Loved the garage for keeping beach chairs and car. The home is good...the problem was the lack of cleaning. When we walked in we found multiple in-acceptable items including urine on the toilet seat, dirty floors, cabinet and stove were caked in something...trash found in areas that would’ve had to have been inspected to find (under the bed, under couch). Home was fine but not ready for a new stay. Started the week on a bad note for us
