Located in a small complex of beachy quadplexes, this unit is a private 2BR/2BA apartment that has everything you need to make it your home away from home. When you walk up the stairs to the unit, you'll see the comfortable patio with an outdoor hemp loveseat and dining table that seats 4. Inside, you will be welcomed with a sense of cozy charm.

Your apartment is a short walk from several delicious food options including Thai, Mexican, BBQ, pizza, and more. There are several other restaurants, shopping boutiques, and selfie-worthy locations (including Seaside) within 15-minutes of your rental. In just a 5-minute drive, you'll be at the jaw-dropping white sugar sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches of 30A act as the perfect backdrop for water lovers, people watchers, shell seekers, sand castle enthusiasts, crab hunters, sun-sleepers, beach readers, nature explorers, paddleboarders, and everything in-between. 30A is also home to several extremely rare and extremely beautiful coastal dune lakes and coastal forests - which are only found elsewhere in Madagascar, Australia, Oregon, and New Zealand.

Santa Rosa Beach and the 30A area have long been considered one of Florida's most picturesque locations, and although more people fall in love with our stretch of the coast each year, the area has managed to maintain its unique Southern charm. Santa Rosa Beach is conveniently located between Destin and Panama City Beach, and yet a world apart with its more peaceful and charming vibe.

• Private apartment is in a 4-unit building and shares walls/floors with other units, so please be mindful of noise levels
• Outdoor stairs are required to access the unit
• Unit is just north of I-98, so golf carts are not allowed on the roads per city regulations
