Comfortable for a Family

This property was a great stay for my family. The kids loved the pool at the end of the day. We had everything we needed and it's centrally located to all 30A has to offer!

My stay with Costal Condos

We had a great experience staying at Coastal Condos in Seagrove. The rooms were as described and clean. The pool was great, very clean. Also convenient to local eating places and beach access. I wold stay there again.

Reviewer Comments: The garbage disposal did not work was not aware that there was a storage closet for the beach not enough towels and we had a upstairs party for 2nights that went from 10pm until 1:00am quite the annoyance started to call noise control.

Close to nice but not noce

Paper thin walls allows you to hear conversations above and beside you.at all hours above and beside you. Ii could even hear cell phones vibrating in condos near me. No one got any sleep . Will not be staying again.

Spring Break with teenagers

The condo is very pretty and clean. Everything worked great from the washer, dryer and appliances to the AC and TV's. We ran into an issue with the golf cart we rented and the onsite property manager was quick to help us until we got up with the golf cart rental company. It was close to several beach access points, Tom Thumb is good to have, and our girls walked to subway to eat a couple of times. There was construction going on across the hall and woke us up pretty early every morning but we know that cannot be helped and work has to go on. We would rent again!

Poor Property management

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very good, close to everything and we were very comfortable during our stay. But getting into the property was a problem. We ended up arriving after midnight the day of checkin and the property management company had sent us the key code to the rental, BUT they neglected to tell us there was a security gate that required a code to get in, AND NO CODE was provided. We were tired and ready to get some sleep but had to wait outside the gate for 20 minutes while we made a few calls to get a code. This was a major oversight on their part. Would rent the place again but this was definitely a bummer and all we got for the inconvenience was "I'm sorry" at 0-dark thirty after driving for 7 hours to get here. Would have been nice to get a follow up call but that didn't happen either.

We were vry pleased with the Seagrove Highlands unit. It was very spacious and extremely well constructed and laid out. We were very comfortable with the beds and other furniture. Our end of the building was reasonably quiet considering we were there during the height of spring break. The kitchen was also well equipped with utensils for any of your needs. You do need your own paper products and bathroom supplies except for a minimal amount of shampoo and soap. We would definitely stay with Benchmark again.

Short walk to the beach, gas station in close proximity for those last minute items and a 5 min drive to anything you need in the area. This place is perfect for a single family to stay.

Great Beach Week

Nice place, well worth the cost. Liked the screened in balcony. Only negative was that the coffee maker didn’t work. Pool was okay. Beach was a short walk and the kids had a blast.

Great place!

Close to Santa Rosa Beach, it was less than a 10 minute walk. Within reach 3 other beaches, including Pensacola, Destin, Panama. Good food and shopping!

Great condo!

We have stayed in many places along 30A and we loved this condo. The location is great walking distance to the beach. It was very well stocked and comfortable beds, good pressure in the showers and the management company was very easy to deal with. Would definitely go again.

Reviewer Comments: Our week long anniversary trip staying in Seagrove Highlands 2310 was fantastic! 2310 is a beautiful and very bright condo with everything you need for your stay including a wonderful screened in porch. Booking with Benchmark is so very easy and if you ever have any problem they take care of it very quickly as they have dedicated maintenance staff to resolve any issues.
