Take the 6 seater golf cart to the beach or cruising on 30A, or walk out of the neighborhood and hike (or bike) miles of trails in the coastal pine forest (Point Washington State Forest). Neighborhood also provides a community pool (heated Oct 1st - March 30th). This area of 30A is perfect for a combination of beach, nature, and exploration activities. Feel free to keep your car parked in the driveway, because you will find many things to do and places to eat within walking or "Gulf" cart distance. If you'd like to explore more of 30A, this house is centrally located and is minutes from Seaside, Grayton, Watercolor, and Rosemary beach.

The "Gulf" Club is a beautiful new beach house built in the quaint, gated Lakeside at Blue Mountain Beach community. The home was designed with families and groups in mind and boasts 4 bedrooms (all with private bathrooms) and a separate bunk area with a full/twin bunk bed and a trundle. Very comfortable living and dining space on the main level, with the gourmet kitchen and living room with a 65in 4k TV. The main level also includes one master suite and a separate half bath.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a bunk area, and a loft area with smart tv and games for kids and families. Each bedroom also has its own smart tv.
