Located in the Bungalos community of the SANDESTIN GOLF AND BEACH RESORT® is unit 2468. This two story home is tucked away on a private road offering its guests peace and tranquility. With your personal golf cart, you’re just minutes away from the emerald waters and all the fun you can fit into your trip!

This is a single family home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. On the first floor, you’ll find the main living area featuring a high-end chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for added seating, a six person dining table, and wood flooring throughout. In this open concept space, you’ll also find a beautiful living room with luxury furnishings, fireplace, and flat screen TV. From here, access your private screened porch equipped with comfy seating and fairy lights.

The first floor also houses the master bedroom which features a king bed and spacious en suite bath equipped with oversized walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, and walk-in closet for longer stays. Upstairs, you’ll find the two guestrooms each featuring their own bathrooms and stacked washer/dryer. Sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably, this is the perfect vacation home to make memories with family or host a celebration of friends.

When you’re ready to explore the area, jump in your personal 6-seat golf cart and head over to the Village of Baytowne Wharf or spend your days on the sugar white sands of Miramar Beach.
