Archer Dunes is a charming beach house nestled in the heart of popular Seagrove Beach. This home boasts a private pool, 2 balconies, and is conveniently close to Seaside for additional entertainment options. From its modern appliances to its tasteful furnishings and well-appointed kitchen, every aspect of this home exudes freshness!
This 4-bedroom, 3½-bathroom vacation rental features:
Primary Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen Bed and a bunk with a futon on the bottom (Sleeps 4)
Guest bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Guest Bedroom 3: Bunk bed twin over twin (Sleeps 2)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)
Parking:
Parking is available in the home's driveway. Street parking for guests is NOT allowed.
Other details to note:
A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.
Trash days are Mondays and Thursdays each week. Just roll the cans out to the street the night before; after pickup, please roll the bins back to their designated spot.
This home offers guests a private pool (but a pool waiver must be signed and returned first). Guests may also use the grill.
We provide beach towels in this unit; they can be found in the pantry area.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
