The BVE offers a relaxed coastal stay in a 5-bedroom, three-story beachside home located south of 30A in Seagrove By The Sea. Recently refreshed with a newly painted exterior, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. Just a short walk from private beach access, trips to the shoreline are quick and convenient. Each balcony looks out over the community pool, shared by only four townhomes within this gated setting. To make your beach days easy, six backpack beach chairs and two umbrellas are provided for your use.

1st Floor:
The first floor is designed as a relaxed hangout space where everyone can gather and have fun. Enjoy a game of pool, mix drinks at the wet bar, or settle in with two TVs that let movies and gaming happen at the same time. This level also opens to a patio and includes a bunk room with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, plus easy access to a full hallway bathroom, perfect for kids or late-night lounging.

2nd Floor:
The second floor brings everyone together with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that feels both comfortable and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a water dispenser, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. There is seating for eight at the dining table and three more at the breakfast bar, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather.

Step out onto the balcony to enjoy views of the community pool and dine outdoors at the table for six. This floor also features a king bedroom suite with its own private bathroom and a convenient laundry room, offering comfort and privacy for one part of the group.

3rd Floor:
Upstairs, the third floor offers a private retreat with three king bedroom suites, each featuring its own bathroom. The primary suite includes access to a private balcony with loungers, providing a peaceful spot to recharge after a day at the beach. This level is ideal for guests who value comfort, privacy, and their own space.

Seagrove By The Sea:
Seagrove by the Sea is a spacious Gulf-front condominium complex designed with family comfort in mind. Just steps away is a glistening 15x30 community pool, which is shared with only 4 other units. Pool is surrounded by multiple loungers, tables and chairs for your comfort. Private walkway leads directly from building to the beautiful white sands beach. Gas grill for the building is kept in the area underneath, close to the Gulf side. The location puts your within easy walking and biking to plenty of dining, entertainment and shopping options!

You’ll be just minutes from some of the area’s best spots. Enjoy dining and shopping at Greenway Station on 30A, Cafe 30a, Seagrove Market, Surfing Deer, Perfect Pig, The Big Chill, and Old Florida Fish House. Explore the shops and restaurants in Seaside or Watercolor for a day of local charm and coastal fun.

An initial Benchmark amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
