Aligning the sugar white sands and emerald waters of Seaside's iconic beach community, this gulf front cottage “Salty Glass” at 2060 E. Co Hwy 30A is sure to create an unforgettable romantic retreat. Completely renovated, this charming one-bedroom cottage features a chic neutral palette of furnishings that blend seamlessly with the dunes and water views beyond the windows. Creating an elegant space that is pure and simple, natural wood floors complete the whitewashed walls, and beamed ceilings, capitalizing on the natural light and signature “Old Florida” feel.

The main level boasts a king bedroom with flat screen TV, built in closets with ample storage, private bath with marble walk-in shower as well as a conveniently located washer and dryer. Located on the screened porch off the bedroom, a relaxing jacuzzi tub accents the perfect addition to a beachfront honeymoon-worthy cottage in addition to two rocking chairs. The enclosed privacy curtains can be drawn to provide solitude while using the porch.

As you move up the stairs to the second level, you are greeted by endless ocean views as you arrive at the open living area of the cottage. Featuring designer furnishings along with a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and galley kitchen with compact fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, freestanding ice maker and stove top - the hectic pace of daily life is easily overlooked while basking in the bliss of Seaside and the amenities of this pristine cottage. A French door off the living room makes way to the covered porch offering panoramic views of the emerald coast to blissfully enjoy your morning coffee on the oversized swing as waves crash in or watching the sun set over cocktails at your private outdoor dining table. You truly will not get much closer to the beach than when you are here!

Guests can enjoy three different community pools, a private fitness center, and a croquet court. Six nearby tennis courts are also available for use for a small fee. Two adult bicycles are also included with your reservation and set the scene for adventurous beginnings in Seaside. We could not be happier with our stay at Salty Glass. This was our first VRBO experience and have always been skeptical of what the property “really” will be. This was the perfect experience! Beautiful home, right in the beach, steps from beach access and 2 mins to the heart of Seaside. Great, responsive property management team! We will definitely be back!

It is awesome! Short walk to the beach, close to Seaside shopping, very quiet and, all in all, just what we wanted. We stayed in number 10 next door last year and we like this one better.

Beautiful beach home with great ocean views. Home is perfect for 2 and uses space wisely to provide everything you need. Loved sitting on the porch swing every evening and having breakfast outdoor every morning. Great location. Close to beach access and the square. Bikes included were a nice addition. Clean with comfortable bed. Would definitely return.

The cottage was secluded, clean, and cozy. The sunset views were amazing. Walkable shops and restaurants.

The location is fabulous we could walk everywhere! The interior was great comfortable bed, everything we needed in the kitchen. The property management co was so responsive! Our only complaint was the front door it really needs to be replaced and the exterior of the house needs to be painted especially the front and the porches luckily the incredible view of the ocean makes you not notice that so much.

Our vacation to Seaside was absolutely perfect! It was an amazing visit in a perfect location and cottage! The property management company is the best we’ve ever experienced. They were helpful and prompt and made sure we had everything we needed. We really could not have asked for more!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Salty Glass Cottage, during Spring Break. I can’t say enough great things about this cozy and beautifully decorated cottage . The views were spectacular and the location was within a few minutes walking distance to all the food trucks and restaurants. We avoided the crowds of Spring Break by going to dinner early and bringing food in to enjoy on the deck, while watching the sunset. Don’t let the location stop you from booking this place, it was peaceful and we never heard the traffic during Spring Break. You park on the main road (30A) and walk a very very short distance to the cottage, which is actually right on the beach and steps away to the Pensacola Pavilion, which gives you access to the beach. Our teen boys loved the location and the bikes provided by the rental company, and said it was the best Spring Break ever. My husband and I really enjoyed the jacuzzi after a long day at the beach. The King bed slept great and the linens were soft and cozy. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely book again. The only little thing I may suggest to the owners/ Sanders beach rentals, is to provide a couple of extra thick blankets and extra pillows for the pullout sofa in the living room, as the nights were a little chilly. Thank you Mary Anne & Paul for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.

Loved the property, loved the location - very nicely appointed and cozy. Upon our arrival, our parking space was filled with construction equipment and materials for roofing an adjacent property. After being told to find a public parking space by the property management company, the Security manager found us a spot (took about 45 min). We booked the property for 3 nights and at 7-ish am, the roofers started sawing and nailing the roof on the adjacent property - this lasted ALL day. Upon reaching out to the property management team that morning, the response was 'sorry, but we had no way of knowing this was going to happen' with no accommodation being made. The contractor said that the permit & notification had been booked for ~1 month. We shared that we would not have booked this location had we known that the construction was taking place. No response from the property management company. Really poor customer experience in a service-based business. As long as there are no actual issues, this property is great but it felt like the property management company was purely transactional.
