A spacious wraparound balcony offers views of the wonderful neighborhood along with partial Gulf views, making it a perfect spot for your morning coffee or to watch the day wind down. Ideally located along 30A, this condo provides access to three deeded beach walkovers, three community pools, tennis courts, and an array of nearby dining options including Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig, and Pizza by the Sea. Everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway is right outside your door.

Inside, the open concept layout creates a welcoming space to gather with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for fresh seafood dinners or casual meals at home, complete with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. The dining table seats six with additional seating at the kitchen island, while the living area features a large TV, a comfortable sofa, and armchairs that open directly to the wrap-around balcony. For added convenience, a beach closet stocked with chairs, floaties, and a beach wagon is included.

The bedrooms are arranged with both comfort and convenience in mind. The master suite includes a king bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The second bedroom features another king bed and TV with access to a Jack and Jill bathroom. Designed for children, the third bedroom includes a twin over twin bunk bed, making it both fun and functional.

An initial amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
