Stayed at Redfish multiple times, including this specific condo. We love the location. Complex has always been good to us. Love this condo fits our family fine as a family of 5 with 3 boys. Things to mention master bed is a little rough and there is no working TV in there. You can bring your own smart device and connect to tv in room, but not one currently. Comfortability is an opinion so it’s not a deal breaker, but I think it’s worth mentioning. We will stay here again appreciate you sharing your space.

This was our third stay at Redfish Village but our first stay in this unit. Adam was extremely responsive both before the trip and when our access code to the covered parking didnt work. Unit had everything we needed including some beach chairs. Would definitely stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have a 2 and 4 year old and brought grandparents. The king room is very large and both closets are big enough for a newton baby crib or pack n play which made it incredible for both kids to sleep in our room. These apartments are built really well and are very quiet. We really appreciated this one because it’s an end unit on the top floor. The amenities are great. We grilled burgers while the kids played in the pool. We walked to the beach everyday. We were kind of confused about how to get to the beach. Once that got figured out we were good to go. You can use beach shuttle service but hard to bring your things that way. So we walked with our wagon and umbrellas etc. it was an easy walk. This truly is so close to all the things you need and truly such a convenient spot. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because the beds were a little uncomfortable. But not uncomfortable enough to not stay here again. We really enjoyed it and the host were extremely responsive and helpful. They have a great location and a great spot to stay. We will be booking again!

Spring Break Trip

Wonderful stay, loved the proximity to the beach. The condo was spacious enough for us and our 2 kids and had everything we needed.

Lovely time at the beach.

This is our fourth stay at redfish village and we love it each time! The facilities are well kept and the pool is awesome for families. Shuttle service and deeded beach access cannot be beat. Host was quick to respond to any questions throughout our stay.

Our family of 4 had a great week in Blue Mountain/Redfish Village! The beach access makes it super easy to set up for a beach day, the pool (while nothing fancy) is great for a pre-dinner swim, and the proximity to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery is always a highlight of our trip! Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. We will be back!

Long weekend getaway

Loved the location and not a far walk to the beach. The Creamery is close by for a cool treat at the end of the day! Felt very safe and private.

Great Location and Amenities

The property was great! Very clean and had all we needed. The location was great, and the private beach access was top notch. The parking and check in could have been a little more detailed, but all in all we will be back!

Cozy

We loved the location, and the place was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bunk beds were a big hit with our 6 year old. Minor glitch with the internet, but our host was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Super cute place

Place was super cute. Great for me and my two adults sons. Only thing that surprised us was the bunk beds were in the main hallway.

Beautiful

This condo is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 2 minute walk to get the best ice cream! The owners truly think of everything when it comes how stocked the condo is. It is a beautiful place, and we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Labor Day Weekend

We had another great stay at this property in Red Fish Village! The unit is very clean and spacious. We loved being able to walk to Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery. The private beach is a short walk from the condo! There is also a shuttle that runs from the condo to the beach. Great condo and great area on 30A!

Repeat visitors to Redfish Village & Blue Mountain Beach

We have stayed in multiple units at Redfish Village over the 15 years we’ve visited Blue Mountain Beach. We had a couple challenges upon arrival but owners & management were prompt with their response. The unit shows a few areas of aging but it is well decorated, clean, and offers multiple amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay here!

Condo was clean, spacious. and well decorated. Location was perfect: right next to the ice cream shop and just a short, easy, walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Liked that the beach access had clean bathrooms and showers to rinse off. The only con, I would say, is that there was some rust in the tub around the drain in the master bathroom. My kids, 6 and under, wanted to take a bath so that was the only thing that bothered me. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again.

Favorite of Redfish

This was our third different stay at the complex. This layout was our favorite. Bunks are huge could easily fit teenagers IMO. Perfect for my family of five. There were no wash cloths in the bathrooms, not a deal breaker just a FYI. The beach at redfish which is supposed to be private seemed more crowded than before, for the same week we always come. Some people sitting in chairs by 30A Shade were not staying at the condo but elsewhere close by found this out by just sparking up conversation . The main reason we have always like this place was the private beach, didn’t seem that way this time. If we continue coming to Redfish I will always try to book this one, it was everything we needed.

Nice property, poor hosting experience

My family has stayed at Redfish Village about twenty times and we love it there. The unit we rented was fine but unfortunately we encountered problems with the facility due to scheduled maintenance. When we arrived we could not get into our unit due to extensive painting that was being done to the hallway floor. We searched around for about an hour and found out that you could walk around the painting but that all elevators were not working. It meant going to the far end of the building each time we wanted to enter our unit and walking up four flights of stairs with all our luggage. We called the host and learned that there would be no elevator access for our entire stay. That meant each time we went to the beach we had to lug our cooler and stuff up and down four flights of stairs and I have a bad knee. The host offered to move us to another unit on the second floor but also said it was with a different management company and we were on our own if we moved. We opted to stay. The unit is fine and Redfish is great but the lack of planning on the part of the host was very disappointing. The building manager Justin told us all owners and management companies had been appraised of this maintenance work multiple times and that elevators would be out of service. We requested a partial refund and was denied as the host said they offered to move us to another unit and we refused. We will be back to Redfish but not to this unit or any other units this firm manages.
