Summerwaves is a charming 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo situated in the popular Beachside Villas complex (Santa Rosa Beach, FL). Located south of 30a, this complex remains a guest favorite for those looking for a great condo with easy beach access! Beachside Villas hosts 2 pools, one of which is heated during Spring Break (Message to find out exact dates of pool heating as it varies)! While staying at Summerwaves, you and your guests are only a short stroll to the sugar white sands that adorn the Gulf of Mexico as well as beautiful Eastern lake. Eager to get to the beach in a hurry? No problem! This complex provides a complimentary golf cart to bring you and your guests to the large public beach access (We also 4 beach towels for your stay)!

Summerwaves has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a full kitchen that is equipped for all of your cooking needs! (Please note, this condo is on the third floor and there is not an elevator). A large balcony is located off the living room, providing the perfect ambiance for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail!

The convenient layout of the condo provides plenty of space for the whole family to spread out! There is a master bedroom, which offers offers a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the third bedroom hosts one King bed, allowing this condo to comfortably sleep 8.

As an added convenience, we provide starter amenities for your stay, which include:

(4) Beach Towels

MORE ABOUT THE LOCATION AND COMPLEX: Beachside Villas also has tennis and pickle ball courts which make for fun activities for kids and adults alike! There is also an array of bikes on property which you can rent by the day or the entire length of your stay! Another great feature of Beachside Villas is its proximity to Eastern Lake. Eastern Lake is a coastal dune lake, which is a rarity (only 5 places in the world have them!). We highly recommend you checking it out during your stay. You can explore Eastern lake via paddle board or kayak, or just bring your chair and lounge in the surrounding sand! Seeing Eastern Lake is definitely a must do during your vacation!

We also encourage you to rent bikes (or bring your own!) to take an excursion to Seaside, or any of the other nearby beach towns of 30a. Old Florida Fish House (sushi and live music!) is nearby as is Buddy's Seafood market and Beachy Bean Coffee Co. These are are just a few of the many eateries located nearby!
