The Fey is an annex basement apartment for Beach Life Carabbasi Beach Gran Alacant, both are located in a three level private home.
The Fey has a low ceiling, you have to duck down to get into the lower level. only 4 steps.
- The balcony for guests use which is shared with yourself and one other property above. It has amazing views of the beach, nature reserve, sea and coast line along
Great to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast.
- Plenty of outdoor space and seating, also enclosed sun room with big tv to relax, in case it gets too hot for you
- Walking distance to the beach, less than 10 minutes through the nature reserve or walk by the street or drive by car.
Great for one or two days at the beach before you fly in and out of Alicante airport
or a little relaxing beach time to unwind.
The Fey has a Kitchenette which includes an air fryer (you can heat food inside an airfryer) toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, pots, plates, cutlery.
The shower, toilet and sink are connected to the kitchenette area
It is also the coolest room in the bungalow especially in summer
Local Attractions:
- Carabassi Beach is a short walk through the nature reserve. Or by car. Within 2 minutes.
- Santa Pola is a combination of several sandy beaches perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports.
- The beach of Arenales is a beautiful stroll along the beach front approximately 15/20 minutes walk
- Tabarca Island: A nearby island known for its marine reserve, ideal for snorkelling and day trips. You can reach the ferry port in Santa Pola in 10 minutes by car.
House Rules:
- Official check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. However as it's Contactless check in, it's 24 hours.
- No smoking within the property, if smoking outside please dispose of used cigarettes in a trash can ( not on the street) and empty the ashtrays.

Can we bring our pets to the property?
Whilst we love animals the building is pet free in consideration for those with allergies.
Is there space for us to park our car?
There is free on street parking available, the apartment is at the end of a dead end street .
Can we use the property for our party?
Unfortunately not, the property is located in a quiet area and we’re very conscious of keeping our neighbours happy. They’re very friendly and respectful of us and so we ask our guests to extend that courtesy to our neighbours when they stay with us.
