Our apartment has been fully renovated with high quality materials, electric appliances and furniture. It has been carefully decorated in a nordic and minimalist style that will help you switch off, relax and enjoy your holidays. It has an living and kitchen area with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons and access to the nice shared terrace.

Our apartment is completely renovated with high quality materials and has modern appliances. We have carefully decorated it in a Nordic and minimalist style that will help you disconnect, relax and enjoy your holidays.

It has a bright bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.50 x 2.00) so you can rest. The living room has a large window overlooking the sea and the garden and has a sofa bed for one or two people and a smart TV. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has everything you need to cook, including a dishwasher.

At the entrance you have the terrace where you can have breakfast looking, read while listening to the song of the birds or have a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment is located in a very quiet urbanization with beautiful green areas and a swimming pool. At the same time, it is very close to good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks, which you can walk to.

Gran Alacant is strategically located, very close to the airport, the best beaches and other towns such as Alicante, Elche and Santa Pola. This makes it the perfect destination whether you want to come to relax or if you want to take the opportunity to discover and visit the area.
