• Check-In Time: Arrival and check-in start at 3:00 PM. For your convenience and peace of mind, the main gate and reception operate 24/7.

• Mandatory Registration & Identification Wristband: Upon check-in at the main gate, all guests must register and pay a one-time fee of $27,000 COP per person for the complex identification wristband (children under 7 are exempt). This single payment grants you secure access to all resort grounds.

• Direct Ocean Access: The complex features charming paved walkways that lead you directly from the house to the soft sand, opening up to a wide, tranquil beach and breathtaking Caribbean sunsets.

• Private Beach Tents: Beach tents are available for your group from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily request or schedule your tent setup with the pool or reception staff.

• On-Site Parking: The home includes access to two parking spots inside the complex. These spaces are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
