"Would stay here again! Everything was perfect!"

"This house was perfect! My family of 5 traveled down to California to visit the beach. We needed something with enough room for all of us that was also a short drive to the beach. I was pleasantly surprised about how clean this house was when we arrived. Not to mention how lovely the neighborhood was. This property offered ample parking for our 2 vehicles, and was a short drive to some wonderful restaurants in town. I can’t thank our host enough for sharing their lovely home with us, and...

"When we got to the property we had an issue with cleanliness of the property. I immediately called Michelle the property manager and she had the unit cleaned within 2 hours while we went to dinner. Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. "

"Very relaxing for my daughter and I. Easy to get anywhere we wanted to go."

"The building is a classic, older one that looks great. The location is close to Oceano, Grover Beach, and Pismo Beach. Nice overall environment. Friendly, positive, owner always ready to help out with anything we needed. We didn't need anything, but definitely felt at home. We'll return if we get a chance!"

"The home was very clean and organized. Traveling with our daughter and grandchildren. With the three bedrooms and one with three twin beds, it was ideal. Beds were comfortable and the extra parking spots on the property is an added plus. It's an easy walk into downtown area. Central enough for a short drive to the beach in Avila and Solvang. While we always bring our own coffee, having a drawer full of coffee pods and sugar provided was a nice surprise. Kitchen is well appointed. ...

"Amazing place and an amazing host!"

"Great cottage style 2 bed 2 bath home in Arroyo Grande with an amazing territorial view of the town. Every detail about this home is wonderful - coffee maker, ice machine, hot tub, 2 bidet toilets. It's well stocked with the right supplies to make your stay extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the location, walked to town regularly to hang out, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy music. The main house on the property is great, and the guests were always great to meet for a quick hello. We...
