This beautiful, new and modern country finca in the northeast of Mallorca is very close to Ca'n Picafort and Santa Margalida. The beach can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. In this quiet finca you can feel comfortable and relax from everyday stress, as it offers you complete peace.

Our beautiful finca has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. It is equipped with every detail to spend a wonderful and unforgettable vacation. It is very bright and spacious and offers you all the amenities to make you feel at home!

It is 170 square meters in size and is ideal for families with children, friends, or a larger family. All 3 bedrooms have space for 2 people and there are 2 double beds (1.80 x 2.00) and the other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds that can be put together (0.90 x 2.00 each). We have cots and highchairs so that the little ones can also enjoy themselves. The finca has a beautiful garden with a spectacular sun terrace and lawn with a swing and has a pool (6.75 x 4.75) with sun beds and shower. A grill is also available.

The living room has a comfortable sofa where you can relax or read a book. You can surf the Internet and let your mind wander and take a nap. You can enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with every detail. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. It is a fully equipped finca, which is furnished with a lot of love and in which our guests should feel at home.

There are protective fences for children for the swimming pool available under request. Please ask the owner beforehand for them to be set up.

Electricity and eco tax will be charged extra.



Groups under the age of 25 are strictly forbidden. This property does not accept any bookings made by groups of guests under 25 — no exceptions.

Parties, gatherings, events, or any behavior causing disturbance to the neighbors are strictly prohibited. If such a booking is detected:

- The reservation will be automatically cancelled.

- Access to the property will be denied, with no refund.

This accommodation is strictly reserved for adult guests who are respectful and responsible.
