It's a property we'd recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot that's away from the city centre but comes without the hassle and expense of needing to hire a car. Recently renovated and furnished with great care, Casa Enza is a lovely spot for a couple or small family to spend a week or two. Ask about availability today!

The best way to move independently and to visit local bars at night, to do shopping and to go around to see the many historic sites is to book a rental car. We strongly advice to organize that in advance and to pick up the rental car directly at the airport. Visit our website to compare the prices and to find a suitable offer. We can organize bikes from external partners on request. Even a motor bike can be booked via Solemar Sicilia, as long as we know it well in advance. If you do not want to rent a car at all, we can arrange shuttle services on request. However, a holiday in Santa Flavia does not make it necessary to have a car.

Let's start with the terrace, since that's undoubtedly the highlight of the property, and the focal point of any visit. It's split into two levels, with a large wrap around patio which is accessed through French windows in the living room, and a small rectangular viewing platform at the very top of the building, reached up an outdoor staircase. One of the highest points in the town, this crow's nest lets you take in not just the rooftops of Santa Flavia but the surrounding hills and even the sea in the distance. Far to the east, the mountains of the Madonie can be clearly seen on a cloudless day. The other advantage here is complete privacy, with no shade and only the birds to look down on you.
