"This was a very disappointed stay. No where near 5 star service they claim. Room were only equipped with heaters, no aircon available. Breakfast was mediocre and lacked being refilled. Reception was not open at the hours indicated. We were 2 people, but only given 1 towel. When trying to find staff to give us another, nobody was available. Only after waiting for the end of breakfast could we receive the towel. This place claims to be quiet luxury, but it was overfilled with people and lacked...

"Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen. Das kleine Städtchen Pienza liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe und ist zu Fuss mühelos erreichbar. Das Personal haben wir als freundlich und hilfsbereit wahrgenommen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer hat aber eher altmodisch gewirkt. Das Frühstück war gut und umfangreich, aber nichts Besonderes."

True Tuscan tranquility all over and great wines to pair it all up. Not one single thing to put a finger on - and even baby friendly doing everything so that we were comfortable with a 6month old. "

"Very clean, well situated hotel to many Tuscan hotspots. Amazing view from our room of neighboring hilltop villages. Kind of magical stuff. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a massage as well and so glad we did. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating. The attached restaurant had very good food as well. We ate there both nights of our stay. "
