At The Lincoln 402, luxury living and authentic Santa Fe charm come together seamlessly.

Located on the fourth floor of Lincoln Tower, this expansive residence captures sweeping views of downtown Santa Fe and the surrounding mountain ranges. Thoughtfully designed with superior craftsmanship, the unit blends modern comforts with a contemporary interpretation of traditional Santa Fe style. Featuring two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, a large open floor plan; stainless steel appointed kitchen, dining room for up to six friends, a spacious and sun-drenched living room with a gas-burning kiva fireplace, floor to ceiling/wraparound windows capturing the views to the southern mountains, western mesas and blue-sky views to the north. Views are offered from two balconies with patio furniture and soft lighting that will invite you to imbibe the famous New Mexico pinon fire scent, cobalt blue sky, and blood-red sunsets.

The primary suite offers a king bed with a gas fireplace and the en suite master bath is spacious and private, offering double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower with elegant cotton towels. The guest suite is equipped with a king size bed and again, an en suite bath complete with a comfortable walk-in shower and double vanity.
