Additional amenities include; a bonus room with air hockey, vintage record player and games, two off street parking spots, ample off street parking, a large upstairs balcony providing classic Santa Fe, sunrise and sunset views, rear private enclosed yard with large outdoor table for dining, hot tub, state of the art infrared TEC BBQ and more.
