A Truly one -of -a kind home with expansive views , an outdoor hot tub and a grand interior that allows for the perfect dream vacation rental. This property feels like a private resort yet close to all that Santa Fe has to offer. A welcoming abode that is perfect for larger groups and is dog friendly. There is a practice tee to work on your swing, and hit all the club you have got!!
This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has warm colors, high end furnishings, 3 fireplaces and a wrap around portal that is the perfect setting for family and friends to gather while visiting Santa Fe. We are a dog friendly home~ please no cats!!!
There is not one amenity missing from this thoughtful property. A well equipped kitchen for cooking gourmet meals, an outdoor hot tub along with majestic views.... it will simply sweep you off your feet.
The best part is you are only 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Historic Plaza....it truly doesn't get any better than this.
The grand room is furnished with a soft leather sofa, two oversized chairs and a kiva fireplace make this the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The kitchen is ample and fully equipped with a high top counter and stools which allow for easy conversation while cooking.
The best spot in the house is in front of the kitchen fireplace furnished with 2 butter rich leather turquoise chairs that swivel; what a great way to start your morning with your cup of coffee.
Dining room is just off of the kitchen and has seating for 8. Or if you prefer eating on the portal, there is a beautiful outdoor dining area with a kiva fireplace.
The master bedroom with a king size bed has an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and large walk-in closet.
The french doors off of the master bedroom lead you out the hot tub and sauna.
Down the long hall has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed along with 2 additional bathrooms.
We highly recommend an All Wheel drive during the winter.

Hiking
There are many nice hiking trails in the Santa Fe area. The free app “AllTrails” details and rates many of them. The Windsor Trail is a very popular easy trek with water access for dogs.
An easy 1.2 mile (round trip) trail maybe found starting from our Sauna and heading NE. If you find the “rock people garden” at the end of the trail, please add to the gathering. One can see the Santa Fe Opera House to the NE from the outlook point.

PLEASE NOTE: 4 WHEEL OR ALL WHEEL DRIVE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR EASY ACCESS IN THE WINTER MONTHS.

This beautiful home was truly our “home away from home”! It was so comfortable and easy to adjust to an extended vacation for us and our pups. When we had our family guests there was plenty of room for everyone and they were amazing at the homes beautify and functionality. We adored the courtyard and was able to chill there while the pups were content and safe. For our daily walks, an amazing path was right out the door and the views were probably some of the best in Santa Fe. Talk about convenience, it was only minutes to town and shopping and a quick and easy drive. The home itself was a vacation destination and enjoyed all it had to offer in comfort and safety. Also, Shera was wonderful to communicate with and was always there to answer our questions. We will be back and can’t thank you enough.

Gorgeous hilltop retreat

This house is an absolute dream, seated on a ridge with views of 180-270 degrees of mountain ranges, depending where you stand! Magic from many directions, and beautifully decorated within--the house is modern and everything works beautifully, but the feel particularly in the wonderful great room and dining room is of the Old West. Lilac and primrose-filled front courtyard; seemingly endless verandas looking out upon the Jemez and Baldy; and an interior full of art and artistry. Fireplaces, hot tubs, ample space, wonderful layout and a splendid setup for patio or indoor eating with extended family--the house became a central gathering place for several families while we were here.Be most careful on the sharp corners and deep dips once on the dirt road to the compound! Checking in and staying were effortless--nothing went wrong, nothing needed to be asked, but Shera was really sweet and if help had been needed was obviously right at hand.

This property is perfect for a getaway. It offers beautiful views and is a very comfortable layout with lots of space. It is furnished well and feels like a second home. I also appreciate how clean and well maintained the house is. I am a return customer and my family loves visiting. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing Property

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this amazing, secluded property. Really enjoyed the on-site hiking trail, well equipped kitchen, picturesque views and of course soaking in the hot tub during breathtaking sunsets. If you are in town for the Opera - the home is nicely situated and it's easy to get in to town for shopping, dining, museums and sightseeing. You won't be disappointed... PS - the hummingbird activity on the back porch is a delight to watch!

Great house great location

House was very clean and just as described. Great communication and smooth check in process. The house had a nice layout and was well stocked. We loved the privacy of the location. The hiking trail out the back was perfect for our pooch. Nicest place we have stayed in Santa Fe by far.

Nice house, a little misleading description

Overall ok because our guests had emergency and we didn’t need full house ac. House is nomOT ac and Santa Fe was unusually hot. One point swamp cooler was loud and did not cool living or guest spaces. Cooled mbr only with door open. House is really remote and drive is dangerous at nigh. Numerous lockouts—doors, rooms, cabinets and garage left an unwelcoming flavor. Also “don’t “ signs everywhere. But kitchen was well equipped and baths were nice.

The most beautiful vacation spot

I stayed in this beautiful house with my family and it was the by far the most beautiful rental we've stayed in. The outdoor areas are just amazing. We spent almost all of our time when we were at the house outside either in the front or the back. There is a trail that starts at the back of the house where you can go on an easy hike for at least a mile. The lavender and other flowers in the landscaping, along with the pines, make the patios smell wonderful. The house itself is beautiful and every single thing you could need is provided. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and there are so many comfortable areas for relaxing. I just can't say enough about how great this house is. We hope to stay here again.

We had a great stay at this location. The house is at the end of the street and was an extremely peaceful location. Great place to visit all the attractions in Sante Fe. Very spacious, clean, and exceeded our expectations. The house was stocked with wood for building a fire and we enjoyed the tee to hit golf balls. Hiking in the backyard was a plus too. I would highly recommend giving this house a try. You will not be disappointed!!

Excellent Spot In Santa Fe

Would recommend and stay again. Great layout and comfortable space. Secluded and private property with everything you need and more. Our family really enjoyed spending time at the house when not skiing or checking out what Santa Fe has to offer.

The property was very nice; the Mountain View’s were amazing. As noted, the house was fully equipped with everything. Very nice!! The coffee machine, needs an upgrade. The coffee from the machine was ok. The only negative comment was the private road; it needs major attention. We had a 4 wheel drive suv & it was not a daily pleasant drive. The hot tub was a bonus and so was the grill. The Kivas were fully stocked with firewood. Awesome!!! Great access to downtown and Ubers were reliable for dining out. The property manager was extremely attentive and was easy to reach. Thank-you.

We had a wonderful time staying here, the views are amazing, it is lovely space, beautiful kitchen area. We reached out when the hot tub had an issue and the property manager was very responsive. Definitely would come back and stay here again.

Awesome home, great location

Stayed here during the Santa Fe Wine and Chile Festival. Very clean home and very comfortable beds! Enjoyed watching the sunsets from the hot tub and hitting golf balls. Surprisingly the golf balls were easy to find and became a competition on who could find the most. Close drive to downtown and to where the festival was held. Would definitely return and highly recommend this beautiful home.

Truly Spectacular

Couldn’t have picked a better place! Absolutely beautiful property. Gorgeous views. Was hard to explore the area because we were so enamored with the lodging. Impeccably stocked and meticulously maintained. I rated communication a 4 only because we never needed to reach out. A bit off the beaten path. Recommend a 4wd or a sturdy 2wd vehicle as the drive is gravel and narrow with moderate pitting due to weather but don’t let that deter you. Very close to Canyon Rd and the Plaza. Being right next to 599 makes a day trip to Taos very easy.

Expensive, panoramic view!

This house was so comfortable for all of us, two couples. We took advantage of the hot tub after long days out and about. It was wonderful to just come home and relax. We loved the solitude and the lack of close neighbors. Altogether, it was a wonderful vacation.
