Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full access to the entire two-level townhome (Unit B), including the private walled courtyard, upstairs balcony, garage, and driveway.



Self check-in is easy with a smart keypad lock on the main door, so you can arrive on your own schedule. A backup lockbox with a key is on-site as well.



Parking is free and on-site: two tandem spaces in the driveway plus one spot inside the attached garage (there is no garage-door remote, so the garage space is reached from inside the home). Up to three vehicles total.



The key to the private patio gate is kept on the desk in the living room.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Self check-in is available via a smart keypad lock; a backup lockbox with a key is on-site.

• Pets are not permitted at this home.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• The minimum age to book is 21.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM under Santa Fe's good-neighbor policy, with no illegal activity permitted.

• No smoking anywhere on the premises, and no parties or events.

• The home has central ducted cooling and heating for year-round comfort.

• The home has interior stairs to the two upstairs bedrooms.

• Every reservation includes accidental damage protection. Additional fees and taxes may apply to your reservation total.
