"Our time here was amazing and we absolutely can’t wait to stay again. The hotel has the mid century California vibe with all the modern amenities. Service was outstanding. We had such a good time we cancelled our dinner reservation in town to stay at the pool where we had drinks and food brought to our very comfortable lounge chairs. We would probably go for the lower level rooms by the pool with the sweet patios and amazing scent from the star jasmine for our next trip! "

With Holiday inn you rarely go wrong, polite service, annoyed by slamming doors in the middle of the night in a half-empty hotel, and then the morning lady has to learn that at 6.30 breakfast is expected to be ready and not the time you meet and start brewing coffee, but it was probably just someone who had slept too long.
No staff at the counter at check out so we just left cards in the drop box, it worked fine.
Fast wi-fi for work. Excellent.

"Good location and big rooms! But big spot on the carpet, black hairs on white towels, very bad lighting. The neighbor room was noisy (after party at 2am) and it took almost an hour before they were quiet even though we called front desk. Please note that there aren’t a breakfast buffet as us Europeans are used to, but you can order breakfast in the bar but these are not good and expensive. The hotel aren’t that eco-friendly with all that single use plastic and tons of plastic packaging. "

"For an older hotel, the room was very clean and efficient. Very pleased with the two separate bedrooms. There were several types of pillow to choose from. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Surprisingly quiet for bring right off a busy street. Great location for access to the beach and boardwalk. The front desk personnel was friendly. "
