A few minutes away you will find beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other essential services, while maintaining the serenity of a residential area.

The proximity to Reis Magos Beach and its pleasant seaside promenade invites you to take walks and moments of relaxation along the Atlantic. The location also allows you to easily explore other areas of the island, making it an excellent base for discovering everything that Madeira has to offer.

The location in Atalaia allows you to easily explore Caniço and other areas of Madeira. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a pharmacy and Praia dos Reis Magos, ideal for a dive or a walk by the sea.

The center of Caniço is a few minutes' drive away, while Funchal is about 14 km away and Madeira International Airport is approximately 9 km away. There are also bus stops in the area, with links to Caniço and Funchal. For greater freedom to explore the island, we recommend renting a car.


Some good places to consider to mention in your guest guide are Laranjinha for a nicer grill/seafood dinner; A Traineira for Portuguese seafood; Traineira Grill - Steak House for meats and barbecue; La Terraça for traditional Madeiran food and kebab; and Reis Magos restaurant for seafood right by the ocean.
