This charming 80m² apartment is ideally located near many top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a homely sofa, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining area. Oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Step out onto the balcony, where you’ll find outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all the essential cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience.

The bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen-size bed, ample wardrobe space, and hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and toiletries, to help you feel right at home.

For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay.

You’ll also have access to a shared swimming pool.

Please note: the apartment is located on the 1st floor and does not have an elevator.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Near this location, you’ll find the stunning Cristo Rei statue with breathtaking ocean views and a cable car to Garajau Beach. The area is great for coastal walks, diving, and enjoying sunsets. Popular nearby restaurants include Traineira Grill, Bar Rodrigues, and Ti Laura, offering local flavours and a relaxed atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.


The Madeira Airport is just an 11-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide it at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
