This delightful 200m² two-storey property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.

It is designed with a modern and elegant style, providing a charming and peaceful ambience to guests. As you enter the property on the ground floor, you'll find a spacious garage and a lovely bath area, with a service bathroom and an incredible jacuzzi, perfect to relax after a day exploring.

Upstairs, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows, and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

There are three beautiful bedrooms. Two of them include a queen bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and an ample wardrobe.

The property also opens onto a lovely terrace, where guests can prepare a barbecue, cool down in the swimming pool or relax in the beautiful garden. The outdoor space is full of green area and modern décor, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and fresh air.

Caniço, located just east of Funchal on the island of Madeira, is a picturesque coastal town that combines serene natural beauty with modern comforts. Known for its dramatic cliffs and Atlantic views, it’s home to the Cristo Rei statue — a prominent viewpoint offering sweeping panoramas over the ocean. The nearby Garajau Nature Reserve is a popular spot for diving and snorkelling, thanks to its crystal-clear waters and rich marine life.

Beyond its natural appeal, Caniço offers a relaxed atmosphere ideal for travellers seeking a quieter alternative to the busier city of Funchal. The town features charming hotels, seaside resorts, and a growing number of restaurants serving Madeiran cuisine. Whether exploring the coastal trails, relaxing by the sea, or discovering the underwater world, Caniço provides a perfect blend of tranquillity and adventure for visitors to Madeira.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Rua Dom Francisco Santana 2, is just a 6-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
