Casa Morena by Atlantic Holiday

Casa Morena is a modern and welcoming house. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a double bedroom and the other has two single beds, both with a spacious wardrobe. The living room has a modern Smart TV, a box with several TV channels at your disposal, fast Wi-Fi Internet with 200Mbps and an outdoor space overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Desertas Islands and you will still have the opportunity to see the planes passing to land at Madeira Island Airport.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need for the basic preparation of your meals. As:

- Fridge;

- Freezer;

- Stove;

- Oven;

- Microwave;

- Toaster;

- Kettle;

- Delta coffee machine;

- Cutlery and other basic kitchen utensils such as pans, wine glasses;

- Between others.

It also has a washing machine and iron with an ironing table.



In order to provide you with a great stay, we provide all towels and bed linen.



LOCAL TOURISTIC TAX:

As of the 1st January 2023, Santa Cruz City Administration charges a local tourist tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

- €2 per night;

This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

This charge must be paid directly to the host (either in cash or bank transfer) so that he can deliver it to the City Hall.
