This apartment, located on the top floor of the building, is welcoming, modern and fully equipped to accommodate up to three adults. Situated in the vibrant area of Caniço de Baixo, where the tourist community finds the perfect balance between tranquillity and convenience, the accommodation puts at your doorstep a multitude of services, from restaurants, bakeries and pharmacies to the charming Praia dos Reis Magos and its seafront promenade, ideal for seaside walks.



The furnished porch offers a privileged view of the Atlantic Ocean, making it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day whilst enjoying the sunset. Additionally, the apartment has a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, ideal for moments of socialisation and leisure outdoors.



Inside, the living room and dining area are spacious, bright and inviting, benefiting from the natural light that enters through the veranda. The fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining area perfect for starting the day with a coffee or breakfast with family. For greater convenience, the accommodation offers a laundry room with a washing machine and utensils to facilitate daily life during your stay.



The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with plenty of storage, guaranteeing peaceful nights. One of the rooms also offers a direct view of the sea, allowing you to wake up with the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean in front of you.



For those intending to explore the island by car, the apartment includes a private parking space in the garage, complemented by several public parking spaces nearby. Just 150 metres away, the motorway connects you easily to both the East and West sides of Madeira. Funchal, the island's capital, is only 10 minutes away, with the Farmers' Market, the historic centre and the seafront promenade within walking distance, whilst sunny destinations such as Ponta do Sol and Calheta are around 40 minutes away, and Caniçal and the northwest of the island are easily accessible.
