Apartamento Calçada Encantada by Atlantic Holiday

Welcome to Apartamento da Calçada Encantada by Atlantic Holiday, a spacious and comfortable apartment in Caniço, Madeira Island, designed for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a relaxing stay with easy access to local conveniences and the coast.



With capacity for up to 7 guests, the apartment offers three bedrooms, including two with queen-size beds and one with two single beds along with a sofa than can accomodate an extra guest, creating a practical layout for different travel groups. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub for extra convenience.



The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils. A washing machine and hairdryer are available, while the Smart TV with box offers entertainment after a day exploring the island.



The building has an elevator and includes a private parking space in the garage. Families travelling with young children can request a baby cot and high chair.



Ideally located, the apartment is less than a 5-minute drive from supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and beaches, making it easy to enjoy the surrounding area.



Bed linen and bath towels are provided for your stay. Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 in the morning. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
