"Beautiful hotel but you need to tell them you have dogs. We started with a beautiful room but had to move to a cabin outside which was noisy due to garden work then a little cottage which was quickly prepared for us but was cold due to the time of year"

We loved to stay in the big garden with pool, and to have both the breakfast and dinner on the beautiful and spacious veranda. Sezim is also a wine producer (vinho verde), we tasted some as the welcome drink and can absolutely recommend this as well. They sell the wines from the reception. "

Mas assim como não escolhemos os vizinhos, um hotel também não pode escolher os clientes. É incompreensível que haja pessoas que às 3:00h da madrugada se comportem como se fosse 3:00h da tarde. "Værelset var stort og meget rent.
Rengøring var hver dag og de kommer om aften og vil gøre din seng klar til sovetid og der er te til afslapning før sovetid.
Morgenmad var rigelig okay. Stor valgmuligheder og man kan også bestille special retter såsom omelet, osv.
Restaurant om aftenen kunne være bedre. Maden smager godt. Men service kunne være hurtigere og kan måske får AC eller en blæser da det var så varmt at sidde der på trods at vinduerne var åbnet. "

"Great location, good service, and a nice pool in the courtyard.
We took the metro from the airport to Trindade (only a few euros), and from there it was less than a 10-minute walk to the hotel.
We had a room with a balcony facing the courtyard, which we can definitely recommend.
The pool is a good size, 1.30 meters deep, and there are plenty of lounge spots around it. Several times, however, all the sunbeds were taken – but that’s to be expected when summer hits in July.
The area around the hotel offers good options for food and experiences, and nothing feels far away.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
Drinks at the bar taste rather mediocre, so if that’s your thing, there are better bars nearby.
You can get a discount on hotel purchases if you opt out of room cleaning – which we did, as we generally don’t need fresh towels all the time. A great initiative in terms of the environment and sustainability.
All in all, a really nice place – we’d be happy to come back."

• The reception was very service-minded and took the time to make us feel welcome – they deserve praise for that.
• Beautiful and modern hotel with stylish interior design.
• The breakfast was good, and the service in the bar was excellent – friendly and proactive staff.
• The room was new and nicely decorated. We had a family room of a good size.
Things That Could Be Improved:
Even though the room had a decent size, it wasn’t really suited for a family – the bed for the children was far too small for two kids.
This created some issues, especially because there was only one duvet for them.
We ordered an extra duvet, but it arrived without a cover.
Additionally, there were not enough towels for four people – and this was a recurring issue throughout our stay.
The room was also very noisy – we could clearly hear when other guests flushed the toilet or emptied the shower above us in the morning.
The worst experience was at the breakfast buffet, where the staff had served local water that tasted very strange, almost chemical.
We brought it up, but they seemed annoyed. Afterwards, they replaced the water, and it tasted normal again – like the other days we were there.
All in all, a good stay – but definitely with room for improvement."
