I am reaching out to request your assistance regarding a recent hotel stay at the Hilton. Unfortunately, my flight with United was canceled, and although I received a refund for the flight, I ended up covering the entire cost of the hotel stay.
I had purchased cancellation insurance, but it appears that it expired before my stay, and Hilton informed me that my booking through Expedia affected my options for reimbursement. Given the circumstances, I would greatly appreciate your help in processing a refund for the hotel charges.
