Villa degli Archi is located a few km from Sant'Elpidio a Mare, and the seaside resorts of the Marche coast.

Nestled in the greenery, the property is surrounded by a fenced garden with barbecue and private parking for 5 cars.

Inside the garden, you will find a wooden gazebo with dining table, ideal for spending alfresco meals with friends.

Among the outdoor spaces there are some lounge areas, tables, chairs and a beautiful pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.20 m), open from May to September, and equipped with sun loungers. From the pool you can admire a breathtaking view of both the Adriatic sea and the rolling hills of the Marche countryside.



Internal Description



Recently renovated according to eco-sustainability criteria with zero environmental impact, the villa is set on one level, on the ground floor. It can accommodate up to 14 people, has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All rooms have air conditioning. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed on request at an extra cost.

The owner of the villa lives about 20 minutes away, and will be happy to help guests in case of ness during the stay.



You are welcomed by a large and bright open space living area, furnished with: sofas, piano, dining table, fireplace, tv, 3 large sliding French doors (providing direct access to the garden), and a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher).

The living room has a mezzanine floor where there is a sofa with a reading corner, some armchairs, and a game table.

The sleeping area consists of 5 spacious bedrooms divided as follows: 2 doubles (including one with ensuite bathroom with shower); 2 doubles with single sofa bed each; 1 quadruple (one double bed + 1 bunk bed) and ensuite bathroom with shower.

There are also other 2 bathrooms with shower.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (300.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person); pets allowed on request (100.00€ per pet - maximum 1); extra single bed (50.00€ per day - maximum 1). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
