"Good hotel, including good breakfast, free parking In the room missing the kettle"

"The staff were helpful and informative and the breakfast had a nice range of foods. The property was well maintained and would stay again!"

"Missed my flight out of Catania and needed a place to stay for one night. While I didn’t use the pool, it was what attracted me to the property online. The property is an owner occupied B&B in a very residential neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants, etc.. I was unable to connect with food delivery companies, and more importantly, cabbies to return to the airport. The host was quick showing me the room. He was initially slow answering texts. The room was spacious, but the sheets had...

"Lovely b&b in stunning old building. Nice room with terrace. Responsive staff when we had a problem. Parking outside the front. "

"Rigtig fint byhotel, som er beliggende i gåafstand til centrum, hvor mange seværdigheder, shoppingmuligheder og gode spisesteder ligger."

They also tried to charge us for a large taxi, even though we had clearly stated that our family would fit in a regular car. The airport transfer was the worst part. The driver was driving recklessly—speeding well above the limit, ignoring other traffic—and it felt genuinely unsafe. When we arrived, he didn’t even get out to...

"Super hjælpsom og venlig i receptionen. Vi tilkøbte en spa pakke på et søster hotel til meget rimelig pris incl transport frem og tilbage. Fantastisk Spa og udendørs pool hvor vi slog tiden ihjel inden vi skulle flyve sent på eftermiddagen."

"Very helpfull and friendly staff. Nice clean room with small balcony fronting the street."

"The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments."
