The owners, preferring the sea, very rarely use the pool, so much so that the pool and solarium will feel like your own.


We also have a list of trusted professionals for all your needs: breakfast, meals, excursions, lessons, physiotherapy, restaurants, etc. If you have language problems, we will help you communicate with them: each of these services is agreed and concluded directly between you, the guests, and the respective professional/company. These are not services provided by us and are not attributable to us: we have no ties or income, except for the friendship that binds us to some of them. We only provide you with the contacts.

This is a large and typical Sardinian villa that has just been restored. You will find a large Mediterranean garden of 1300 square meters, swimming pool, solarium, indoor parking space, 100 meters from the shoreline, in a minute you are at the beach.
You will be our only guests, (the more the merrier).
You will have exclusive use of the entire upper floor (100sqm), with unparalleled sea view, from the covered terrace attached to the Suite (20sqm) and the Suite itself (20sqm) and two other double bedrooms, one of which is quadruple, large hallway (with sea view), master bathroom. A second bathroom is available on request and is located outside(in the laundry room)You will also have access to all other common areas (pool, garden, porch....) from which to admire the Gulf of Palmas. On the covered terrace you will find a masonry kitchen. You can then freely experience family intimacy or frequent restaurants and clubs in the area or on the island. The owners have personally carried out the restoration of this villa, respecting its origins, through (organic) green building and feng-shui. The latter under the guidance of Arc. Silvia Archetti Voltolini, owner of the “ La Porta del Sole” studio in Brescia*. The furniture was made of solid wood, natural wood without any treatment; the three double beds do not contain a single screw or nail.
All you have to do is relax, we will take care of the rest.
