Perched on a hillside just outside the village of Canyelles, this bright and breezy villa has been thoughtfully reimagined for easy-going, sun-filled family holidays. Inside, crisp white interiors, tiled floors and simple, stylish furnishings create a calming atmosphere, with open living areas that flow naturally onto the shaded terrace and poolside garden.


The house sleeps up to twelve adults and two children across six bedrooms and a garden suite, making it ideal for large groups. The kitchen is sleek and modern, the living areas spacious, and almost every room makes the most of the surrounding views.


Outside, the setting is all about alfresco living, from the glassy turquoise pool and low-slung loungers to the gas barbecue and long covered dining table. With the coast and Sitges town just a short drive away, it’s a peaceful base with plenty of character and charm.

Villa California I enjoys a peaceful, elevated setting just five minutes’ drive from the village of Canyelles, where you’ll find local cafes, a supermarket and a weekend market brimming with Catalan produce and artisanal finds. The surrounding area offers a mix of rural paths and pine forest trails, perfect for walks or bike rides, including a scenic route up to the ancient Olerdola castle ruins.


Families can enjoy horse riding nearby, while the beaches, boutiques and buzzing energy of Sitges and Vilanova are just a twenty-minute drive. The area is part of the Garraf region, known for its hilltop vineyards, sun-drenched coastline, and easy access to Barcelona, which lies less than an hour away by car.
A day trip to Barcelona is a must. Explore highlights such as the Sagrada Família, stroll along La Rambla, and visit the atmospheric streets of the Gothic Quarter, all in one rewarding day. You'll have plenty of time to enjoy tapas, visit a local market, or relax by the waterfront at Barceloneta. The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable to with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.
