Located on a hill between Sant Llorenç and Artà on Mallorca’s east coast, you’ll enjoy a unique natural setting and unrivaled panoramic vistas. Despite its secluded location, the village of Sant Llorenç is just a 5-minute drive away.



The house spans 250 m² over two floors, featuring four double bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers. The three upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning, and two open onto a terrace with lovely views. On the ground floor, there’s an open-plan living-dining area and a modern kitchen. One bathroom is en suite.



Outdoors, the pool terrace blends perfectly into the mountain landscape, just steps from the house. The 9 x 5 m pool (depth 1.20 m to 1.90 m) has sun loungers and a covered terrace surrounded by well-kept lawn. Enjoy sweeping sea views from here. The finca is also home to a fenced family of donkeys and some very shy wild cats.



If you’re seeking an authentic rural holiday surrounded by nature and local animals, this finca is ideal. The pool can be heated from March to May for an extra charge. Underfloor heating is available for an extra charge. Pets on request.
