Internal and external stairs lead to the pool and garden via the terrace.



A second master bedroom with private bathroom has direct pool access and overlooks Playa des Codolar. The third section, accessed from the road with exclusive garden parking, includes a master bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchenette with fridge. External steps lead to the pool.



The pool area has a fully equipped kitchen and a large table for outdoor dining. The main terrace offers a spacious table and stunning panoramic views.



Access is via a large motorized sliding gate. An additional gate serves the ground-floor accommodation for specific needs.
