The furniture is simple and typical of the region, allowing you to fully enjoy the authentic Mallorcan lifestyle.

Finca Sa Bastida is a self-sufficient place and is powered entirely by photovoltaic energy. That means there is no dishwasher or washing machine. But don't worry, the friendly owner offers a free laundry service including collection. Even if you want to stay connected to the outside world, you can rely on a fast and stable internet connection.

In front of the house and next to the pool you will find a covered terrace from which you can admire the impressive nature.The pool terrace is also the ideal place for grilling, as there is a large grill at your disposal. Inside the house you will find two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, both equipped with large wardrobes. The bathroom, the living-dining room and the well-equipped kitchen complete the offer. Towels for the kitchen, bathroom and pool or beach are plentiful. A cot and high chair can also be provided free of charge upon request.

The property's private swimming pool is generously sized at 10 x 5 m, is carefully kept clean with chlorine and has a water depth of between 0.5 m and 1.8 m.The entire property is fenced so you can enjoy complete privacy with no direct neighbors in sight.

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use.It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this regulation can result in guests being fined between €5,000.00 and €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
