"Efter en lang rejse valgte vi netop det hotel fordi det ligger centralt og har en meget flot restaurant på toppen med udsigt over byen. Da vi kom frem havde de lejet hele restauranten ud til et selskab så der var ikke adgang for hotellets gæster. De kunne heller ikke tilbyde roomservice eller være behjælpelig på nogen måde. Så vi måtte ud i november slud og regn og finde et sted og spise."

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. There was happy hour by the time I sat by the bar, so I asked the bartender if happy hour was 2x1 to which he replied yes. So I asked if I could combine 2 different beers and obviously pay for the most expensive one, he looked weird at me but said yes. "I don’t travel much anymore so I don’t keep up with current hotel policy. I didn’t realize that you have to turn on a light on a panel if you want to have your room cleaned up. But someone brought me what I needed so I’m ok with that. Bed was as expected. Staff was very helpful."

"Very nice hotel but not in the nicest area lots of homeless individuals liked to hang out near the front. Staff was exceptional very helpful and friendly. The only big dislike was that I purposely picked the Kimpton because on Expedia it had listed each room having a bathtub. When I arrived there was no bathtub - they said they recently renovated and took all the bathtubs out. I honestly would not have stayed here had I known there was no tub which I needed due to my autoimmune disorder. I...

"The property stated it had a rooftop fireplace. Which attracted me to the property. But it was not a fireplace . I asked the lady at the front desk. She stated check on the 7th floor. There wasn't a rooftop fireplace. This needs to be removed from part of the amenities. "

"I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."

"Its ridiculous to have to pay $18.00 parking per day and you already paying to stay there. Parking should be included "free" with the purchase of them room. The elevators kept getting stuck , had to carry our luggage from the 3rd using the stairs. "
