"The place was spotless and well located, with a good restaurant, an ice cream shop, and souvenir shops right on the corner. The bikes were in excellent condition, which was a great bonus. However, after the bike ride I would have loved to use a pool, but there wasn't one; I think I misread or misunderstood the agreement we signed before arrival. It turned out to be a general agreement covering all the properties the company manages, not just this one, so it mentioned amenities this place doesn't...

"We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!"

"This cottage was perfect for a solo shelling trip to Sanibel! The extra beach towels came in handy, and the free bikes for trips to the lighthouse, breakfast/dinner & ice cream were a huge bonus. The bathroom was super clean & the bed was very comfy. I can’t wait to come back! Thank you!!"

"The property is beautiful. Great location. Close to everything. We walked to the beach. Watched the manatees and iguanas in the back yard. I don't remember seeing in the addbut their were bikes and beach buggies loaded and ready for borrow. There were a few issues with our stay but Break Away was great and very responsive to our issues."
