The Space:

Sanibel Arms A8 is equipped with two large bedrooms, both overlooking the peaceful dynamic of the adjoining direct access canal. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity. The guest bedroom features two twin beds with a hallway bathroom containing a walk in shower and single vanity. This residence also features a fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, high speed internet, and a large patio for entertaining or just sitting back with your drink of choice in hand! Located only a matter of steps to the beach access and pool, guests will find themselves in close proximity to the iconic Sanibel Lighthouse as well as restaurants including Mudbugs, El Cielo, Lighthouse Cafe, Wickie's and Lazy Flamingo, all located just a short bike ride from the front door of this residence.



This property is professionally managed by Rosen Vacations. Guests can expect the highest quality towels, linens, and guest supplies to be awaiting them upon check in. Guests can also expect 24/7 concierge assistance for any need, large or small, during their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy access to the entire condominium space at Sanibel Arms A8, as well as a beach access and pool.



The Neighborhood:

Sanibel Arms A8 is located in the highly coveted Sanibel Arms community on Sanibel's East End, known for world class shelling and beaches.



Getting Around:

We recommend a rental car or bikes to get around during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. Dock space is first come first serve and not guaranteed, although it is generally plentiful. The Sanibel Arms Pool and beach access are currently closed for renovations and in the interim guests of this residence are entitled to use the beach access and pool at the neighboring Sanibel Arms West community, located immediately adjacent to Sanibel Arms.



A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.

We are available as much as needed but provide guests space to enjoy their vacation in peace and tranquility.
